The Preserve feels large. Most of its borders are undeveloped woodland, either as public open space or undevelopable private land. You cannot see the entire Preserve from any one spot.
Starting from the homesite, a mile of private trails in three main loops explores the entire Preserve. Even when trails are close to the Preserve boundary, you see no homes and have complete privacy.
Across San Juan Canyon, Sugarloaf Mountain Open Space with its savannas and woodland clumps dominates the view.
